Ronald J. Young As an Attorney-at-Law, Ronald spent four years employed to the law firm of Myers, Fletcher & Gordon, where he became a senior Associate in the Commercial Department, with emphasis on intellectual property law, entertainment law, telecommunications law and commercial contracts. Between October 2005 and March 2008, Ronald was employed to Cable & Wireless Jamaica Limited as legal advisor in the Legal, Regulatory and Public Policy Division. Ronald has several years of experience in the entertainment industry, having focused on artiste management and development as well as event management and production, prior to entering into the legal profession. He has served as secretary of the Bar Associations Intellectual Property Law Committee, and has been legal advisor to the Jamaica YMCA and the Jamaica Business Development Centre.
